Koshertrends by Mona Pasternak has an outstanding and highly trained team that is ready to work with you on your event. The executive chef, Carter Stevens is a graduate from le Cordon Bleu has over 10 years of cooking experience and this shines through his presentation style. Chef Carter and his team work together to come up with new and exciting menu ideas. They are very passionate about healthy eating lifestyles and try to incorporate this into many of our menu dishes.
Koshertrends by Mona Pasternak is located near Keele and Steeles in a facility over 6000 square feet. The facility is under the supervision of COR with a mashgiach on staff at all times with two separate meat and dairy kitchens. Our facility follows strict guidelines in food compliance with the following certifications: HACCP certified, GMP certified, FDA registered facility and Kosher certification. We also provide a line of institutional meal trays and TV dinners for hospitals, long-term care facilities, Kosher Meals on Wheels and correctional facilities under our sister company, Sepha Foods.
